Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex automation projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and managing scope/schedule/budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in engineering delivery.

  • Provide expert technical guidance to project teams on engineering, operational, and financial considerations, including risk mitigation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems, safety standards, and continuous improvement in engineering workflows and documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff, managing workloads, performance feedback, staffing, and career progression.
