Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete, part of Enterprise Properties, Inc., seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function, optimize production scheduling, and provide proactive technical support to plants to ensure on-time project delivery. The role focuses on enhancing plant support, coordinating with engineering and operations, driving process efficiency, and building a collaborative culture across teams.

Memorial Stadium (Lincoln, NE) and other projects are in scope.

Qualifications

• Must have MS in Civil Engineering (Structural) or MS in Architectural Engineering (Structural).
• PE is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely engineering support to resolve production and field issues.
• Improve coordination between engineering and plant operations to reduce recurring problems.
• Improve collaboration between engineering, production, project management, and field operations.
• Complete engineering deliverables accurately and on schedule to support production needs.
• Improve planning and coordination between engineering and production teams to reduce delays and bottlenecks.
• Implement standardized engineering processes to improve quality and reduce rework.
• Streamline workflows and resolve process inefficiencies to improve productivity and execution.
• Improve team culture through accountability, communication, and shared ownership of results.
• Promote collaboration and problem-solving across engineering, production, and operations.
• Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and commitment to quality and execution.
