Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of designers and CAD Operators responsible for engineering standards, system design, and code compliance. The manager will drive efficiency, evaluate processes, and implement improvements while coordinating with sales, project managers, and design staff.

The ideal candidate has NICET Level III certification, 2–5 years of leadership in fire alarm design, and a strong working knowledge of NFPA 72.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience leading design and CAD Operator teams in the fire alarm and life-safety industry.
• Experience applying NFPA 72 design and installation standards.

Engineering Manager### Engineering ManagerApply: Perkiomenville, PA: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-101206**THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of designers and CAD Operators responsible for engineering standards, system design, and code compliance. This position is responsible for helping to improve the Company’s design department efficiency, evaluating existing processes and procedures, and suggesting and making necessary changes to implement those improvements. Ideal candidates will have manufacturer training, in-house training, and on-the-job experience as it relates to design.
