The Carlisle Group (TCG) in Lancaster County is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of mechanical and electrical designers on capital equipment projects. You will set direction, speed, and quality to raise the bar and deliver best-in-class designs.

You will drive modularization, standardization and design-process improvements while developing people and elevating team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers.
• Strong mechanical design experience with capital equipment.
• Ability to advance modularization, standardization and design processes.
