Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient operation aligned with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will support all departments, maintain equipment, and manage building conditions to meet guest and employee expectations.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of preventive maintenance, HVAC, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance programmes and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Engineering Department to ensure efficient and economical operation.
• Support other departments by providing essential services and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds.
