Job summary

Responsibilities include mentoring CNC programmers and engineers, overseeing tooling and setup documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years of leadership in precision machining or contractor manufacturing.
• Strong CAD/CAM experience with Mastercam or SolidWorks.

A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead CNC programming and manufacturing engineering in a high-mix, precision machining environment.
