Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Previous engineering leadership experience, including managing technical teams and engineering projects.
• Strong background in product development and engineering design.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.
