Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a senior lead for industrial electrical engineering in the Detroit area. You will lead projects from design through installation, mentor engineers and trades, and design power distribution systems within manufacturing settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel nationally. You will coordinate with controls teams and ensure adherence to codes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of industrial electrical engineering and/or electrical installation experience.
• Experience with power distribution systems in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency with electrical design software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 30-40% nationally.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
