Job summary

PIP Global Safety is seeking a senior engineering leader in Clover, SC to lead and mentor a team of engineers, shape manufacturing strategies, and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration. This role emphasizes technical leadership, process improvement, and coaching across major growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on mechanical integrity and PS/M factory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Ability to prioritize Engineering capabilities to maximize impact to business imperatives.
• Mechanical Integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
• Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical leadership for major growth projects
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing process, equipment capability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in developing technology-related business strategy and new technologies
• Serve as a primary technical resource for the SBU management
