Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking an experienced R&D Engineering Manager to drive innovation across advanced materials, joining technologies, and manufacturing solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape technical direction, and move ideas from lab to real-world applications.

You’ll mentor engineers, manage development programs, and push for IP and patents to differentiate our technology in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 8+ years of R&D or engineering experience, ideally in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and complex development programs.
• Strong knowledge of materials, joining technologies, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with innovation, product development, and IP/patents is a plus.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to solving challenging technical problems.

• Create IP: Drive invention disclosures, patents, and technology differentiation.
• Influence Across the Business: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to make ideas production-ready.
