Base Pay: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

• Write production code alongside your team, while setting technical direction and ensuring thoughtful architecture.
• Pair with engineers, conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and model best practices to ship high-quality features at pace.
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineers to reach their full potential while aligning on shared outcomes.
