Linde Gas & Equipment in Alpha, NJ seeks an Engineering Manager to lead technical activities at the plant, drive safety and compliance, and guide project teams through design and execution.

You will coordinate with process engineers, develop plans for upgrades and maintenance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing ultra-high-purity gas purification systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum five years in high-purity gas manufacture and processing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and Compressed Gas Association guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and AutoCAD for documentation and design.

• Establish system requirements by reviewing product requirements, customer specifications, and performance standards
• Maintain plant document control standards to ensure proper change and revision control
• You will develop controls narratives and collaborate with system integrators during software development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, including participation in final field safety inspections

• You hold a bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum five years of experience in high purity gas manufacture and processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams
• Working knowledge and experience with applicable National Fire Protection Association codes and Compressed Gas Association guidelines

Pay Range: $90,000 - $132,000
