Job summary

Arkema's Alsip, IL site seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and mechanical integrity, reporting to the Plant Manager.

This 50/50 role combines maintenance and engineering leadership, driving process improvements, capital projects, and scale-ups in a high-visibility, mixed continuous and batch manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Logistics to elevate safety and productivity.
