Weidmann Electrical Technology in Middletown, OH is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement. You will drive capital projects, optimize equipment uptime, and uphold safety, quality, and lean practices across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of progressive engineering and manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience managing capital projects, maintenance operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in paper, pulp, or similar process manufacturing environments.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and SAP/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee capital projects from concept to implementation, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Direct preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and asset performance.
Champion Lean initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and energy efficiency.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across engineering, maintenance, and facilities activities.
