Rise Technical Recruitment Limited has an exciting opening for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Jackson, Ohio. The role leads engineering and maintenance across a large-scale food manufacturing site, delivering CapEx and improvement projects with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will oversee maintenance teams, drive electrical and mechanical activities, and partner with senior leadership to support growth and relocation benefits within a large international group.

Are you an experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, looking to take ownership of engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer operating one of its largest facilities, managing the whole engineering function across multiple production plants and a distribution center.

The organization is continuing to expand internationally, creating a strong platform for someone looking to take on a senior leadership role within a growing food manufacturing business.

You will be responsible for leading engineering projects and maintenance activities across the facility, working closely with production and senior leadership to maintain equipment reliability, while managing exciting CapEx projects.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager with extensive manufacturing leadership experience looking for a high-level position with significant operational responsibility, strong benefits and the backing of a large international organization.

The Role:
