Stryten Energy in Salina, KS is hiring Production Operators for its large lead‑acid battery plant. Work in assembly, pasting, oxide, and formation areas with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, loading plates, setting up welds, and processing 1000–2400 batteries per shift. Multiple shifts and generous bonus opportunities are available.
Stryten Energy is hiring in Salina, Kansas! The Stryten factory in Salina is one of the largest lead‑acid battery manufacturing sites in North America with 800 employees capable of producing more than 35,000 quality batteries per day. These batteries can be found in your car, in your boat or RV, or in your lawn and garden equipment. Stryten proudly supports the local community by regularly participating in Project Salina, the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, and providing more than 100 volunteers for the Smoky Hill River Festival.
Production Operators work in departments such as assembly, pasting, oxide, and formation. Production Workers must work safely, produce high‑quality products in an efficient manner, and learn other positions on the line. We’re seeking people with positive attitudes, safety and quality orientations, and a team‑oriented spirit. The best candidates are dependable and take pride in their work. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Starting pay rate – $23.96 per hour
Our plant is located in Salina, KS but we have employees that live in our neighboring towns such as Concordia, Ellsworth, Herrington and McPherson.
