This role drives initiatives, leads maintenance operations, and improves equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background in manufacturing, proven leadership, and the ability to lead both projects and hands-on maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience leading engineering and maintenance teams.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Engineering and Maintenance departments, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that support production goals and continuous improvement.
• Drive equipment reliability by reducing downtime and minimizing maintenance costs.
• Provide leadership to engineers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians with staffing and development.
• Support hands-on troubleshooting and repair when needed.
• Lead process improvements and new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Evaluate performance via KPIs and drive improvements across operations.
• Identify innovative engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, safety, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
