Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering in Salt Lake City to lead a multi-disciplinary design team responsible for RF, power, digital, and antenna hardware for complex communications systems.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with program management and systems engineering, and ensure staffing aligns with performance, cost, and schedule goals while supporting business development and capture activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 12+ years of experience; alternate: graduate degree with 10+ years, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication skills, coaching/mentoring, and leadership experience in matrixed environments.
• Experience with defense, aerospace, SATCOM, wireless, EW, radar, or mission-critical RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary design team for RF, power, digital, and antenna hardware.
• Mentor engineers across disciplines and optimize resources, processes, and team culture.
• Partner with program management, systems engineering, and leaders to balance performance, cost, schedule and staffing.
