Job summary

You will provide leadership, safety guidance, and technical mentoring to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet department goals and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes developing standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing storm restoration efforts within the designated command center.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience; master's/PhD paths as alternative with years.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in engineering teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes (IEEE, NESC, NEC, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand engineering capabilities for transmission and distribution.
• Provide leadership for drafting and document control across operating companies.
• Supervise and develop engineers/technicians across multiple locations.
• Manage storm restoration efforts in designated Command Center.
