Job summary
Piramal Pharma Solutions’ HPAPI Research and Manufacturing facility (Ash Stevens, LLC) in Riverview, Michigan seeks a qualified Manager, Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure facility readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance for HPAPI and API manufacturing. You will drive capital projects, validation, and continuous improvement.
The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical engineering, strong leadership, and expertise in process safety, utilities, and plant reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Chemical Engineering; 8+ years of pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams and technical professionals.
- Experience supporting GMP manufacturing facilities, utilities, and process equipment.
- Experience managing capital projects and engineering budgets.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, OSHA, EPA regulations.
- Experience with equipment qualification and validation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and set objectives.
- Develop and manage the site capital investment plan.
- Ensure facility, utility systems are compliant and reliable.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and new projects.
- Coordinate with QA, validation, and supply chain.
