Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions' HPAPI Research and Manufacturing facility in Riverview, Michigan seeks a qualified Program Manager to lead client-focused development programs from initiation through execution. The role interfaces with clients to ensure needs are met and supports BD in RFPs and new opportunities.

The incumbent will own project progress, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate internal teams to deliver on commitments while maintaining transparent communication and detailed records.

• Effective communication across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the program management lifecycle for on-site client projects.
• Manages project schedules, budgets and accountabilities; ensures timely delivery.
• Supports Business Development in RFP processes and opportunity identification.
• Maintains detailed project plans and meeting notes for internal and client use.
• Ensures timely invoicing and alignment with financial forecasts.
