Job summary

You'll spearhead a multidisciplinary team and oversee project execution from concept to deployment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven success developing complex mechanical or thermal systems.
• Hands-on experience with pressure vessels, piping, structural systems, heat transfer, or adsorption tech is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a world-class mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering team.
• Drive end-to-end product development—from concept to CAD, DFM, fabrication, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
• Own technical architecture decisions and cross-functional integration across subsystems.
