Intel Corporation seeks an innovative engineering leader to head the Analyzer and Debugger software teams, steering efforts for Intel System Debugger, VTune Profiler, and related tools. You will set vision, drive architecture, and ensure delivery across multiple projects and locations.

You will mentor engineers, partner with internal teams, and balance technical excellence with business needs while advancing capabilities for the AI era.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience including 10+ years leading teams.
• 5 years of experience with system profiling, power and performance analysis, debugger engineering, workload analysis, or compiler/library engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive business vision and strategy for product requirements.
• Engage with strategic customers to understand use cases and validate direction.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with HW/SW to prioritize high-value work.
• Create consistent, efficient, user-loved products balancing technical and business needs.
• Mentor engineers and architects, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
