Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team building Sysdig's runtime agent and related tooling. You will own technical direction, hire and grow engineers, and ensure delivery in production environments across customer deployments.

You will review designs, stay hands-on on the toughest problems, and partner with product, detection, and security research teams to add capabilities while maintaining performance and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of engineers, hiring, mentoring and performance management.
• Extensive experience building and operating low-level, performance-critical systems software.
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale.
