Job summary

NexTier is seeking an engineering leader to plan, organize and direct Power Solutions design activities, including conceptual studies and new product development for CNG design.

The role requires 5–10 years in Oil & Gas, with 2–4 years in Gas Facility Design & Construction and packing, fabrication, and controls. Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5-10 years of Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Gas Facility Design & Construction and Packing, Fabrication & Controls required.
• Ability to lead and manage engineering teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate Power Solutions engineering design activities.
• Lead conceptual studies, feasibility studies and new product development planning.
• Oversee design, development and validation of engineering work for CNG design.
• Manage projects from planning and scheduling to testing and product release.
• Provide technical support to clients, sales and operations teams.
