Electro Industries in Monticello, MN is seeking an Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Lead responsible for leading a team of engineers and professionals while driving new product development, sustaining engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role provides technical leadership, project management oversight, and collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
• 2+ years leadership or project leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Provide technical direction for product development and sustaining activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Service and Sales teams.
• Drive engineering processes, standardization, and KPIs.
