Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in hardware development, including precision components and/or sheet metal.
• Electrical connectors and cable harnessing experience a plus.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within a mechanical development team.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers in design, development and testing.
• Oversee timelines and milestones, communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
