Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of progressive engineering experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, or related sectors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Coordinate project delivery to align with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulators throughout project execution.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all activities.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development and knowledge sharing.
