Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in engineering, chemical, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• PM methodologies, controls, budgeting, forecasting and risk mitigation knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards and project delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex engineering and capital projects.
• Provide strategic direction to teams ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and executive reporting.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Foster cross-unit collaboration and development of project management capabilities.
