BRAVER IT is a dynamic venture building firm seeking a Lead Software Engineer proficient in Python or Go to own technical development, drive architecture decisions, and help build a high-performing engineering team from the ground up.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems, integrate new features into existing codebases while ensuring top performance, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Several years of commercial software development experience using Python or Go.
• Proven track record of building complex, mission-critical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent technical decisions.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in project delivery.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and deepen domain knowledge.
