Qualifications

• 4+ years as a full-stack software engineer.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams on data-intensive or AI-driven products.
• Ability to design strong technical abstractions to support product vision.
• Curiosity about state-of-the-art AI agent behavior and context systems.
• Proven track record building and operating product engineering teams.
