Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the context platform for a collaborative data and analytics product in San Francisco. You will shape how users understand and improve the AI context used by agents, driving reliability and usefulness.

You will lead an engineering team, set technical direction, and contribute hands‑on to implementation. A CS degree and 6+ years in full‑stack roles with 2+ years in management are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of full‑stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years as an engineering manager.
• Experience managing a team of 3 to 15 engineers.
• Recent hands‑on experience building an agentic or AI‑native product, beyond using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.
• Proficiency with TypeScript; experience with React, Postgres, and Python is valuable.
• Experience at a high‑growth startup and leading engineering for a technical product used by technical audiences.
• A background outside primarily mobile, infrastructure, or analytics specializations, with a record of sustained tenure in roles.
• A computer science degree or equivalent technical education and strong fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary is $221,000 to $295,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. The role involves working from the office two days per week.
