Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Independent Assurance program and support district materials operations.
• Perform and supervise tests on soils, aggregates, asphalt, bituminous mixes, and concrete.
• Conduct Superpave mix design testing and reporting of results.
• Oversee sampling operations and ensure proper procedures.
• Maintain testing and engineering equipment and procure lab supplies.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and represent the District Lab in meetings.
