Job summary

NSF seeks an Engineering Director/Business Leader to profitably manage and expand the NSF Lab Operation in Ann Arbor, MI. You will report to the VP, Global Labs and drive strategy, financial performance, and talent development to deliver growth and excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams, focus on quality, HSSE, and throughput, and build a culture of accountability and customer-centric service across NSF North America Laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• 10+ years of management/leadership experience with 60+ staff.
• Experience in managing laboratory services or testing operations preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, safety, QA, and LIMS is advantageous.
• Proven P&L experience and ability to manage resources and expenses.
