Qualifications

• Three years of technical hands-on experience in electronics/electrical design, prototyping, testing, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum qualifications indicate completion of appropriate course(s) or program for lab assistant
• Familiarity with common software programs and ability to implement technology into instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist course instructor with day-to-day lab activities, scheduling, and setup.
• Train students on lab equipment and tools; ensure safe, organized lab environment.
• Proctor tests/examinations and provide instructional support as needed.
• Maintain and inventory lab resources; assist requisitioning of supplies.
• Update and install lab software for engineering applications.
