Job summary
Syngenta Seeds seeks an Engineering Internship with Seed Quality in Nampa, ID. This internship supports laboratory testing optimization for vegetable crops, focusing on seed testing in a new facility, applying engineering principles and clear communication to assist QC testing and prepare operations for future automation.

Qualifications
- Engineering principles and accurate communication with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory processes for seed testing.
- Knowledge of Quality Control laboratory processes and international work environments.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QC Physiology and Engineering to improve seed testing in a new workspace.
- Support Quality Control testing and documentation.
- Guide the transition of QC Physiology to Project Leaf.
- Prepare laboratory processes for upcoming automation.
- Develop and test automation options for sowing or evaluation.
- Support HSE compliance and continuous improvement for QC testing.
