Selected interns will join an engineering team at either Stafford or Stafford Springs locations and contribute to at least one major development or production program.

Qualifications

• The student must be enrolled in an accredited college or university engineering program.
• Junior entering senior year, graduating by December 2028 at the latest.
• Student must be in good academic standing.
• Demonstrated technical ability and aptitude to develop and work on engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on at least one major development or production program.
• Assigned a manager and a mentor/champion for guidance.
• Present a final presentation to the site leadership team.
• Participate in training and team building events.
