Job summary

Syensqo invites engineering students for a hands-on summer internship at our Piedmont, SC facility. You will work with staff engineers to provide technical support, participate in process-improvement activities, and lead improvement projects with change control and staff training.

Qualifications

Mechanical or chemical engineering student enrolled in an accredited engineering program.
Must have completed at least one year of college.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Participate in problem solving and process improvement teams.
Lead execution of improvement projects including writing management of change and training employees.
Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
