Job summary

PremierAgile Consulting Private Limited invites applicants for a manufacturing-focused internship program. Interns will work on meaningful engineering projects alongside experienced professionals, applying CAD, data analysis, and lean methods to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Candidates must be pursuing an engineering degree and able to work full-time on-site for 10 weeks starting May 25, 2027. A housing allowance is provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a closely related field such as mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or materials engineering.
• Interest in applying engineering skills to manufacturing challenges.
• Willingness to work with data, learn new tools, and ask questions.
• Collaborative approach and respect for production staff.
• Ability to organize work, communicate progress, and own a project with guidance.
• Available for full-time, on-site, 10-week program starting May 25, 2027, with limited start-date flexibility.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to real manufacturing challenges alongside engineers, operators, quality professionals, and maintenance teams.
• Own a meaningful engineering project with guidance from an experienced team.
• Investigate quality issues, reduce scrap, improve processes, and support automation or material performance evaluations.
• Learn and follow facility safety practices in office and manufacturing areas.
• Collect and analyze engineering or production data to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Use CAD, testing equipment, data analysis, root cause analysis, and lean techniques to execute tasks.
• Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, or product performance.
• Document work, communicate progress, incorporate feedback, and present findings to facility leadership.
