Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university; majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
• Interest in manufacturing and materials science.
• Willingness to contribute to process improvements and robotics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Reduction of steel usage, stock size, lead time and scrap.
• Manufacturing technological improvements.
• Strategy formulation and implementations of Robotics.
• Plant velocity improvements.
• Reduction of paper usage [digitization].
• Estimating time improvements.
• Process elimination/improvements.
• Research and Development of materials’ and processes.
• Research and recommendations of industry best practices.
• Reduction of energy consumption.
• Strategy formulation and implementation for plant expansion project.
