Qualifications

• Two years of college toward an engineering degree.
• Studying Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related engineering.
• Enjoys solving problems and learning.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, 3D modeling, or GD&T.
• Can work independently but also as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willing to ask questions and take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Maintenance Manager and Engineering team to solve problems and improve equipment.
• Help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.
• Explore areas of engineering: Mechanical, Electrical & Controls, Process, Reliability.
• Contribute to real projects with real equipment in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with project work such as improvements and troubleshooting as needed.
