You will work with engineering and cross‑functional teams to gain hands‑on experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvements while contributing to key business objectives. Responsibilities include assisting with manufacturing improvements, collecting technical data, and supporting capital projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices gained through coursework or internships.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret technical data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering projects related to manufacturing, process improvement, equipment reliability, product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment, process, and production‑related issues.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and presentations.
• Contribute to capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements as assigned.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, environmental, and safety teams on assigned projects.
