Qualified students are pursuing a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree and show strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. CAD/GIS exposure and a willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to gain broad exposure to project delivery.
• Contribute to project tasks such as plans, calculations, reports, data summaries, and quantity estimates.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions to learn from engineers and other professionals across the firm.
