Job summary

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) preferred, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and support manufacturing floor activities to gain practical experience.
  • Assist with evaluating existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to process performance (scrap, cycle time, throughput, downtime, etc.).
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by Engineering Manager.
