Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative. **The Job:**During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support Manuals / Technical Writing with key activities including:* Manual development: Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product manuals, instruction sheets, and technical documentation for hand tools and power tools, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and user-friendly.* Content collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, regulatory, and marketing, to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.* Document review and quality: Support the review and validation of manuals and technical content to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.* Process improvement: Assist in improving documentation processes, templates, and content organization to enhance consistency, efficiency, and usability across manuals and support materials.
