Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
• Successfully balances academics with extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Electrical Engineering with design and testing tasks for new product development and cost-reduction projects.
• Prototype electronic and/or mechatronic concepts for power tools and related fields; study batteries, wireless connectivity, and jobsite power.
• Prepare solutions with decision matrices to guide technical direction; design prototypes and BOMs with preliminary cost analysis.
• Present results to supervisor and Innovation/Technology leadership; work with cross-functional teams.
