Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on learning mindset.
• Interest in advanced manufacturing, materials science, or critical mineral supply chains.
• Familiarity with CAD, data analysis tools, or lab instrumentation is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support magnet manufacturing and production scale-up projects.
• Test and improve rare earth magnet production processes.
• Collect, organize, analyze engineering data for decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues in pilot and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, operations, and quality teams.
• Assist with equipment design and process documentation.
• Maintain organized documentation of experiments and progress.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures in labs and facilities.
