J.W. Speaker invites engineering students to join our summer internship program in Germantown, WI. Interns gain hands-on experience in our plastic injection molding department and work on meaningful projects from day one.

Qualifications

We’re hiring driven students looking to be challenged to push the limits on a daily basis while having fun along the way!

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Intern within our Plastic Injection Molding Dept. at J.W. Speaker, you will be immersed in all of the action, working alongside our experienced injection molding and engineering teams. Our interns have a very hands‑on experience in our exceptionally clean, state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities – with projects ranging from scrap data collection & root cause analysis to 5s improvements to floor documentation updates. Our interns work full time from mid-May to mid‑August.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards a plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering degree at an accredited college or university.
• Prefer Junior status, but all school years are encouraged to apply!

Preferred

Some college or better in Engineering or related field.
