Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in mechanical/ aerospace/ manufacturing/ industrial/ mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar tool preferred.
• Foundational engineering coursework such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Statics, Dynamics, Manufacturing Processes, or related courses preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own or support a meaningful engineering project aligned with an approved team need.
• Research and analyze technical data, customer requirements, specifications, and design documentation.
• Support the design, testing, validation, and improvement of HVAC products, components, or systems.
• Develop test plans, collect and analyze data, and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Use engineering tools and sound problem-solving methods to support product development, research, testing, or manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and document project progress through reports and presentations.
