Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Team-based collaboration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and develop technical blueprints.
• Improve manufacturing processes to boost quality and reduce cycle time.
• Assist Quality in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop tools for design and fabrication processing.
• Evaluate new processes for feasibility and cost.
• Support cross-functional teams to reduce waste and maintain quality.
